Order Processing: All orders for art prints, merchandise, products, and original artwork will be processed promptly upon receipt of payment.
Shipping: We strive to ship orders in a timely manner. For shipping within Singapore, kindly allow 1-2 weeks for processing and handling before shipment. For international shipping, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and handling before shipment. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and may vary based on product, destination and shipping method.
Shipping Insurance: We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items such as original artwork. While we take care to package items securely, we are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during transit.
Returns and Exchanges: Strictly no-refund is allowed for pre-order items after the day of purchase as the order(s) will be sent out to our printing supplier for production.
Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number and images of the damaged items during. Please allow us 1-3 WORKING DAYS to return to your email and assist you with an exchange. Exchanges are subjected to availability.
Copyright and Ownership: All artwork, designs, and products sold on this site are the intellectual property of EBAO and may not be reproduced or used without permission. Purchasing a print or product does not transfer ownership or copyright to the buyer.
